At Fragrance Finds, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, is required.

How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@fragrancefinds.co.uk to request a return.
Returns must be approved before sending your item back. - If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Request a return as outlined above.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at support@fragrancefinds.co.uk.
