Refund and Return Policy

At Fragrance Finds, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@fragrancefinds.co.uk to request a return.
    Returns must be approved before sending your item back.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
    Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@fragrancefinds.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Request a return as outlined above.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
    This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at support@fragrancefinds.co.uk.
