Delivery Prices

Royal Mail 1st Class

  • Orders £0.00–£15.00: £2.65
  • Orders £15.00–£20.00: Free

Royal Mail 2nd Class

  • Orders £0.00–£10.00: £1.70
  • Orders £10.00–£15.00: Free

Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Orders £0.00–£25.00: £3.75
  • Orders £25.00 and up: Free

Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Orders £0.00–£20.00: £2.95
  • Orders £20.00–£25.00: Free

Delivery Timeframes

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: Typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day delivery after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days unless otherwise specified.

Next Working Day Delivery

To qualify for next working day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24, orders must be placed by 12:00 Midday Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 Midday on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Provides detailed tracking updates.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Includes dispatch and delivery updates only.

Student Accommodation, Shared Accommodation, and Business Address Deliveries

Please note:

  • Deliveries to shared or student accommodations may be accepted by receptionists, concierge staff, or neighbors.
  • At business addresses, deliveries may be accepted by colleagues.

If the package is marked as “delivered” by Royal Mail, it is considered delivered even if signed by someone on your behalf. If you do not agree to this policy, please contact us prior to dispatch, and we will cancel and refund your order.

Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived:

  1. Report the non-delivery to support@fragrancefinds.co.uk within 10 working days of dispatch.
  2. We will raise a claim with Royal Mail and send a replacement (stock permitting) or issue a refund.

Important Notes:

  • Orders are not considered “lost” until 10 working days have passed since dispatch.
  • Customers must cooperate with us and Royal Mail during claims investigations.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. Any errors should be corrected immediately upon receiving your order confirmation email.
Fragrance Finds is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
